I use my CE PDA with CE ID to buy with engineering budget, i can open crates that i buy with budget with id. When i buy company imports though with engineering budget, my id does not let me unlock the crates/suitcase. i get incorrect bank account, possibly trying to open with my personal bank account instead of the budget bank account. We do not use a budget ID, it's tied to CE id.
