Reproduced this by chance and realized we didn't have an explicit issue on it, although we do have #1296 and a few others.
In this particular case I was coincidentally testing #1626 and got disconnected by the server crashing during module download (which seemed to be working!). DC sent me to the main menu gracefully, but on exiting the game it didn't fully dispose. Log plus thread dump:
