It would be nice if the variable could be interpolated in the value. For example:

MYSQL_USER = root
MYSQL_PASSWORD = 1234
CS = server=localhost;user=${MYSQL_USER};password=${MYSQL_PASSWORD};

The parser should expand the interpolated variables in this way:

server=localhost;user=root;password=1234;
