Hi, first of all thank you for this awesome package!

I'd have a sugestion tho ...

When you hit dashboard/users and it shows all the users, wouldn't be useful to have another column in the table that says if the user is activated or not?

Id
Username
Email
Groups
Permissions
Last Name
First Name
Banned
Active ?
Show

What do you think ?

Hello,

it's possible, but user is enabled by default when you create user ;)
it would be a good idea to add the activation by email. I'll look for it.

Yes, by default is okay if you create the first user, the first backend user lets say after installing syntara.

When you create another user by hand from the backend, you insert all the data and then the backend sends a confirmation email tu that user.
But when someone registers from the front end, i must see if he has confirmated his email or not.
Right?

Cheers.

Happy to help. I really love your package!
Still trying to understand the logic you used (without a documentation it's hard :D)

Thank you!

I was thinking ... Could you add manual activation ?
I mean if a user is not yet activated you could activate it manually.

I just added the button in the screenshot, it does nothing xD . If a user is already activated it shouldn't display the button.
Now that we can activate manually the user we could display the active/unactive users.

Hello,

@iamfreee you can see in the readme.md ;) "Custom development"

@ionut-tanasa i will add "User Activation" directly in users list :
if user is not activated

  • can click and activate user
    if user is activated
  • just see "Yes"

I add this ASAP.
