VDPAU support

Just figured I'd open a placeholder bug.

There probably isn't going to be vdpau support in bumblebee.. but just lets keep the ticket open, in case I or somebody else get a good idea...

vdpau is a direct renderer which can only render things on it's on screen..

The best solution right now i think is to you the hybrid-windump.. I think that should work for vdpau...

Right now.. I don't think we can...

But maybe some of the CUDA experts could write us a program to do it...

maybe we should bring hybrid-windump into bumblebee and when someone calls for vdpau support, hybrid-windump is called through bumblebee. it would definitely help the bumblebee user base.

I will keep this issue open until we find a usable solution.. I think the windump might be a way to go..
