"Random Profile" is IMHO a useless functions. Proposal: Remove it.
The profile data overlaps, next profiles in the list. Proposal: Reduce the amount of data displayed there or show additional data only on mouseover over a contact.
Search options are pretty ugly. Proposal: Make this nice. Add "world wide directory" as an option for the search.
Profile photo icons are too big. Proposal: Make them smaller.
