I have uploaded a tar archive with the Seqera CLI dump from 9 runs that we used in an internal benchmark:
example_benchmark_runs.tar.gz

Not sure how you want to organise the test data in this repo so will leave that to you @ewels @vladsavelyev .

The idea would be to run MultiQC on all of these runs together and see what the report looks like so we can iterate on the final look and feel of the report. As mentioned in Slack, it would be great to at least have bar plots for the more pertinent metrics so they can be dumped directly into presentations if required rather than having to generate them via another tool:

• CPU hours
• Walltime
• Estimated cost

Once the report has been generated I will look through it and make suggestions for improvements.

Looks pretty good out of the box:

Bit of a shame that there's no other label for the runs beyond the somewhat obscure run ID. But could easily switch these out with something custom using --sample-names: https://multiqc.info/docs/reports/customisation/#sample-name-replacement
