Installers

Provide installers on the github download site as follows:

• Installer for Windows machines.
• Installer for Linux machines.
• Application bundle to drag into Applications folder for Mac

Technical:

• Add into the maven build the generation of an IzPack installer.
• Use this generic installer directly for Linux.
• Pack it into an Windows exe using JSmooth.
• For Mac : Create an application bundle using izpack2app on the executable jar produced in the build.
