This release:
- Adds initial support to visualize PDS3 products.
- Renames the built executables and documentation to PDSView (from PDS Inspect Tool)
- Obviates the splash screen and goes right to the "File → Open…" dialog
- Fixes an issue where multiple dots appeared in a product filename or the path to a filename.
