Throw warning when data exists after number of records #215

If data exists after the number of records specified for a table, we should throw a WARNING. Not throwing an ERROR in the event the user wants to ignore that data.

A warning is better than an error. It took me a while to build the sample files for issue 149. Are those not sufficient? If more are desired, it'll have to be later.
