Add a Collaborator and free-form role for associated parties

In the EML Registry, we currently restrict the role to a short list:

We have a request to add Collaborator, so should add this to the 1.x and 2.x editors, but the schema allows for any string. Decide how we will allow free-form roles in the 2.x editor.

I've added Collaborator into the Metacat trunk in register-dataset.cgi, entryForm.tmpl, and confirmData.tmpl. These will need to be deployed in the next release possible.
