Tags Whose Habit doesn't Match tlu_Plant Habit

Related to #103 and #129 this issue is related to tags which are listed as a habit which does not match the habit set in tlu_Plants.

Please take a look at these tags to determine if these tag habit values should be updated.

Like #129, this item should also be updated (if desired) at the same time as the functionality for #103 (which is complete) goes live to avoid requiring data to be fixed in the future.

6140 (Ceanothus herbaceus) --I see the ID as Carya cordiformis in the Db? Ceanothus herbaceus would be really surprising!
15387 (Anacardiaceae Family) -- I see Asimina triloba in the Db
25204 (Amelanchier canadensis) -- protocol says all Amelanchier are Trees. Retain as Tree for this tag, and update tlu_Plants
