A "help" section that would explain how things work

Describe what you'd like to be able to do

Hey so I've started using PowerTools and great job! The functionalities are awesome. That being said with pretty much every single functionality it is a pain in the... to figure out how it actually works and the FAQ here on gitHub is not helpful at all.

For instance I've read about 15 different threads on Reddit and bunch more questions here on github to find out if the charge limit works the same way as the power passthrough that is defaultly at 100% or if it trickle charges the battery to keep it at the selected percentage. It is impossible to find a clear answer. (How is it?)

Would it be perhaps possible to include a little question mark that will let users now how stuff works? E.g. "This function limits the battery charge by editing this file. It will enter power passthrough and function identically to what you know from charging to 100% but it will show ?charge time instead of a check mark"

Just an example but I think this would be massively helpful.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It could be here in the FAQ at least. I appreciate the divorce jokes but I legit couldn't find the answer for the charge limit question.

More documentation is always nice, but I've found that it's not worth it for me to maintain. In between the added effort (that I don't enjoy) and people not reading those docs, it's not something I want to tackle. It would be nice if someone else wanted to contribute this, but that's outside of my control.

I have added an entry on the FAQ about the charge limit.
