Various changes

• Added support for api keys for each booru
• Added default tags for each booru
  • these will be set if the input field is currently blank or has the standard default tags and the booru type is changed
• Added settings to choose how many columns show for the image previews
• Added a booru selector to the snatcher
• Fixed danbooru loading the same images for like 3 pages
• Fixed blank searches on Philomena

Fixed Images not showing In gallery apps

Fixed images not showing in gallery apps after being written by calling androids media scanner on the new file

• Added tag viewing on image viewer page

• Fixed the booru dropdown so new booru's will show without restarting the app

-Added the ability to have multiple searches that can be switched between sort of like having multiple tabs in a web browser
