What is wrong?

The path to the NOAA CSP AWS stack has changed.

The current path is /contrib/global-workflow/spack-stack/miniconda/modulefiles/miniconda. This path should be updated to /contrib/emc_static/spack-stack/miniconda/modulefiles/miniconda.

What should have happened?
