Adding context-sensitive help menu back into SolTrace based on documentation for v2010 and prior. The documentation is lightly updated with the exception of the scripting pages, which still refer to the "SolScript" tool, which was a predecessor to LK. These pages have been left intact, as they're still useful reference, but a note has been added indicating deprecation and pointing to up-to-date sources for LK. The context help is compiled as CHM (Windows help) and as a PDF using HelpNDoc v7.
