  1. Fix prm standards construction type for Rollup doors 

    The standards construction type under construction properties is 'Swinging' or 'NonSwinging', but under constructions it can also be 'Rollup' which isn't defined in the PRM method that looks for the standard value for each construction.  This method corrects the lookup for Rollup door constructions to 'NonSwinging'.
