Pull Request Description

Test NREL/OpenStudio-HPXML#1558.

Adding national_upgrades_perf_data.yml.

Next steps here are to:

  • create a new yml file with various ASHP upgrades
  • one ASHP upgrade would use archetype equal to default datapoints
  • run yml file using hpc
