[Bug Report] Installation Error in Isaac Sim 2023.1.1

Describe the bug

When I try installing Orbit following these steps, I run into a missing yml file error. It seems this file is created else where ( the isaac_sim_* dir ) then not found within the orbit/_isaac_sim dir.

Steps to reproduce

(base) roshdim1@oreo:~/.local/share/ov/pkg/isaac_sim-2023.1.1/Orbit$ ./orbit.sh --conda

EnvironmentFileNotFound: '.local/share/ov/pkg/isaac_sim-2023.1.1/Orbit/_isaac_sim/environment.yml' file not found
