Sorry for the tardy response, long time no see! I've just updated the script to give consistent results for Windows Server 2008-2016. TLS 1.0 is not reported as a weakness by Ssllabs (yet), and the PCI requirement kicks in june this year. I'll drop TLS 1.0 when we're closing in on that date.

You added a TLS_DHE_* cipher to the top of the list. Note that these are reported as weak for Windows Server versions < 2016, since they (for some reason) use shorter ephemeral keys on older OS versions. We'll have to stay clear of those.
