Sykes Tape Drive

The very early CPU4 systems featured a controller card for use with a Sykes made tape drive. Unfortunately, we have yet to see any of these controller cards in person and information on the Sykes made tape drives is difficult to locate. We believe the Sykes 3220 cassette drive system in either desktop form or rack mount form were used.
