4.0 beta 2 bugfix

Fixed bug in entries that didn't have certain elements. Extra error handling for possible other issues so there won't be another "half" entry.

4.0 beta 2: extra fault checks

Updates from the previous (4.0-beta.1) release are amongst minor bugfixes:

• start on error handling for exceptions like network errors, API issues, etc.
• some minor things like a loading screen.
• cleaning old line-endings.
