Nano Node v24.0 returns no values for unused accounts rather than 0 in pre v24.0
Nano Node PR: nanocurrency/nano-node#3790

To Reproduce:

Use v24.0 API node in Nault
If there is an unused account in nault the issue can be seen directly/on reload
create a new account or a new wallet to make the issue appear as well.

Pull request has been opened which assumes 0 values when the api response didn't supply the values.

This issue will also be fixed by a newer node version in the short term. nanocurrency/nano-node#4075
