My name is Neil Hendren, and I am a software engineer from Boulder, Colorado. I have a background in academic research, chemical and biological engineering, front-end and back-end web development, and some devops. I am currently working at CoBank, where I build customer portals and the supporting infrastructure. At the University of Colorado, Boulder, I designed and built learncheme.com, and the majority of the browser-based interactive simulations therein.

I graduated from Turing School of Software and Design with a focus on back-end development using Ruby on Rails.

I love playing music, I have played classical piano since I was 9 years old and picked up guitar at 12, and drums and bass at 15. I also enjoy playing chess and am always up for a game!
