Changelog

Added automation for the Hero points optional rule. Hero Points should persist even on deleting an actor and recreating it, as long as the actor has the same name and the world isn't refreshed by the DM.

[Warning] Hero Points consumes the tertiary resource on char sheets so any existing data will be lost.

Currently, hero points are rolled when the value for the tertiary resource is changed.

On level-up GM needs to refresh for hero points to update.
