Philosopher 4.2.2 cannot annotate database #362

Hi,

i am getting error at db annotation part in philosopher 4.2.2.
The annotation working well for previous version (4.2.1)

the database contains around 150k sequences, including NCBI proteins and ORFs from a Trinity assembly.
I have also added DECOY_ proteins using TPP.

I have figured out the problem. My DB had some formatting issues!
