Proposed solution

Add logs page in Cockpit HotSync package.

Additional context

Logs are saved in /var/log/messages. We can directly show this log file: user will read it and understand if hotsync and hotsync-slave command are working fine.

TEST CASE: check logs are showed properly

TEST CASE: OK

/var/log/messages are showed properly. For now, we cannot show a more detailed log, but this can be helpful if user force hotsync or hotsync-slave from UI to check if all is working fine.
