Update to new the new major release: Nextcloud 18.
Also document usage of integrated OnlyOffice document server.

test case 2 with openldap ok
just a warning in admin/overview a warning for a file integrity check in files_rightclick - EXTRA_FILE - README.md.
solved deleting README.md in /usr/share/nextcloud/apps/files_rightclick
