Description
Curates the default genesis whitelist of oracle pairs for mainnet.
Since we won't have NUSD at genesis time, we don't need the oracle prices paired against NUSD.
Since we don't have NIBI prices on external exchanges at genesis time, we can remove it and add it later.
Purpose
Smooth mainnet launch
