Validate URL button activatable when validating URL #440

When validating the URL, the Validate URL button remains active so that the user can click it multiple times to add the download multiple times.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Add dialogue
Click Validate URL
Wait for spinner
Click on the spinner
See error

Expected behavior
The button should not be clickable (not sensitive) when the URL is validated.
