Cognitive change

This app is a shiny application. It can be downloaded and run on RStudio. For those who do not use R or RStudio, the app is available online here: https://nicolas-stefaniak.shinyapps.io/Cognitive_change/

This app allows to assess cognitive change in MS. It is supplemental material for Henry, Stefaniak, Schmid, and Lenne's paper (submitted). Run the shiny application for explanations to use the app.

This app can be used on a personal computer. If you want to install the app, please follow the procedure describe below:

1. download and install Rstudio here

2. install the required packages for the application with the following command line:

   install.packages(c("shiny", "DT", "shinythemes", "huxtables", "ggplot2", "ggpubr"; "jtools", "ciTools", "dplyr", "plotly"))

3. Download this app and open the cognitive_change.R file with Rstudio

4. click on Run App
