I wish i could deep link/bookmark a link to obs-web including host, port and password.

That's already the case, e.g. http://obs-web.niek.tv/#localhost:4444

I don't think adding the password in there is a good idea at all - it will end up in location history.

If someone can access your local location history, they can install a malicious application to track user inputs anway.

The goal would be to store the link inside e.g. a mobile browser. This would also improve security as at the current state people tend to use very weak passwords to "save typing".

Another approach would be to just add a password form field right at the beginning so password managers can autofill it.
