This PR contains a bunch of small changes to prep the Willow 3.0.0 release. The main reason we need to bump the MAJOR version is due to cf5d8c8. We missed the lowercasing on the
ExecutionMethod, so better to just fix rather than have it stick out like a sore thumb for everyone. The rest of the changes are mostly project and Travis-CI related.
