Use gradle to build project:

Execute program with 4G+ heap size:

--stat.analyzeFilePath - path to csv file
--stat.cacheDir - path to cache directory
--stat.chunkDuration - cache chunk duration in seconds
--stat.chunkBuffer - chunks per page in memory
