Nitrokey Start update: improve connection process after bootloader upload:

  • repeat bootloader connection attempt
  • additional delay allowing for the bootloader to start
  • remove the misleading message about reinsertion for the bootloader connection failure

  1. does up to 3 retries, while being chatty
  2. delay introduced, which increases for each re-try
  3. messages massively reworked, please see update fido2 package + 0.4 release work #40

- api calls into fido2-lib fixed
- pkg-wide, consistent logger usage
- added fido2 set-pin & change-pin
- removed fido2 probe as cmd 0x70 is missing
