Migrate "Nix-representable formats" to Nixpkgs manual #251040

The Nix-representable formats section in the NixOS manual is not NixOS specific, and it's surprising to find it in the NixOS manual rather than the Nixpkgs manual. This section should be migrated to the Nixpkgs manual, perhaps near the Generators section since it is also related to building files in particular formats.

Discussed in documentation team meeting. Received general approval to go ahead.

What needs to happen:

  • Copy first to Nixpkgs manual
    • Add examples
    • Make the material less NixOS-specific
  • Remove from NixOS manual, linking to the new section
    • Leave the existing NixOS example in the manual
