Document which builtins are in the top-level namespace #4738

In the old documentations, there were multiple builtins that were shown to be in the top-level namespace (map, throw, toString, import, etc.). Now the only one that is show is derivation, added explicitly here. Is this behaviour being deprecated or has it just not been re-documented?

If you are interested in what the top-level namespace has in stock, try running nix repl and press the tab key
