Please list copyright holders

There is an open IntendToPackage issue for Nix in Debian by @KaiHa: https://bugs.debian.org/877019 https://github.com/KaiHa/nix-debian

The debian/copyright file should list the copyright holders of all source files. I have two questions:

• Is Eelco Dolstra really the only copyright holder? Maybe you'd like to add an AUTHORS file (see below)?
• Are there files from other projects with other copyright holders and licences in the source code of Nix? There is at least linenoise embeds non-free ConvertUTF{.cpp,.h} #2014 and I also saw Boost files. Maybe you would like to add licence headers to all files that were created by Nix contributors?
