The xbm 14×16 logo is a mess of pixels, vaguely ressembling the intended logo.
The 1-bit alpha doesn't look good.
This is because the gradient *is* currently in use, look at the logo in use on the homepage to see. Furthermore, re-adjust the "text-below" variant to adhere to the guidelines.
The 4.0 version of CC-BY was chosen since the 4.0 version of CC-BY was released in 2013, the license attribution e-mail in 2016.

Why?
This PR is made to answer licensing issues (like #17), and general question like "which logo should I use?" (like #16).
This also documents this repository as the canonical location of the logo source files. Correct me if I'm wrong in assuming, and that there is another more canonical location for the logos.
Finally, this changes the svg files to default to the screen version of the logo. While subtle, there is a gradient in the logo, and it is the revision used on the NixOS homepage. When used for print, the gradient layer should be hidden.
This PR does not change metrics of the default logo. It fixes a possible mis-alignment of the snowflake in the "top-down" version of the logo with text. I am unsure which position was the right position, so I have used the guidelines present in the document. This may need to be fixed.
What was done
