Publish Openstack image

It would be nice to publish our Openstack image to https://nixos.org/nixos/download.html. We would have to provide a link to a qcow2 file. So, it seems to be quite similar to the CDs publication (which are an iso file instead).

How the qcow file would have to be uploaded?

• add OpenStack job to nixos/release.nix
• update the mirro-nixos-branch.pl script to also copy OpenStack image to s3 bucket.
• list the OpenStack image on nixos.org. Starting poing is here, just follow how it is done for Virtualbox.
• reference NixOS image in the OpenStack image list

We could then reference our NixOS image in the OpenStack image list.

I think this is still something that could be useful but i unfortunately don't have time to work on this atm. (No problem is you prefer to close this issue.)
