Fix Eelco's Nix team title

Having spoken with Nix team members, it looks like all are equally empowered, and that it's inaccurate to call Eelco the team lead.

As @infinisil describes, this is an adjustment in our external communication, so not a demotion.

I am fine with doing this or not doing this.

I think it is important to note that if we do this, it is not in any way meant to punish or demote @edolstra, etc. It is merely updating the website to reflect a reality that has been true the entire time. I don't want this to be seeing as an "additional purging" or anything of that sort.

On one hand, I am sure casual observers will incorrectly assume it is just a punishment. Bummer. On the other hand, it will correctly demonstrate that @edolstra truely does not aspire to BFDL powers, and that will also go noticed.
