Expected behavior

To build successfully.

Additional context

I'm working on my flake based config with nix, home-manager & nix-darwin. I updated my inputs today nix flake update --recreate-lock-file & after that, I couldn't build anymore. I cloned this repo & ran nix-build . -A gpgme which failed with the same error from nix build './#foo'

I also tried this workaround #60313 (comment) but it didn't help.
