Jekyll sitemap plugin generates lastmod = EPOCH for all files

I wrapped jekyll setup into nix and added sitemap plugin.

Behavior is very logic for both nix and sitemap generator, nix makes timestamps for all files equal to EPOCH, and sitemap generator looks at these timestamps to understand what was changed!

Final output is totally unusable.

I don't know a good solution.

On jekyll side I will try to enforce lastmod with some option post processing regex ;).
