Channel advancements are not propagated properly on https://channels.nixos.org/?prefix=

Steps To Reproduce (at 2021-09-30 13:30 CEST, which is about 12h past the channel advancing)

1. visit https://channels.nixos.org/?prefix=
2. find the line 9/30/2021 1:03:23 AM 0.1 kB nixos-21.05 and click the link
3. https://releases.nixos.org/nixos/21.05/nixos-21.05.3367.fd8a7fd07da is opened

Expected behavior

the link leads to https://releases.nixos.org/nixos/21.05/nixos-21.05.3443.ee90403e147
(where https://channels.nixos.org/?prefix=nixos-21.05/ currently points to)

Additional context

I have observed this before and eventually https://channels.nixos.org/nixos-21.05 caught up and it might have done as well shortly after I report this issue. I suspect some caching happening with the S3 bucket and kindly ask the maintainers to keep an eye this issue with future channel-advancements.

I am pretty sure this is not a client side issue, as I confirmed this with Firefox+NixOS and Edge+Windows+VPN.

There's Fastly in front of S3. I thought that the incorrectly set caching was resolved in NixOS/infra#169 @zimbatm knows most about this.

Ah, thanks for the pointer. Missed that one while searching the closed issues.

I don't think that Fastly is the issue, the web UI is querying directly the S3 bucket.

Seems to work now. Closing in favour of NixOS/infra#169
