"kcm_energyinfo" not found

Issue description

Cannot open the "Energy Information" kcm module.

When opening from KInfoCenter via the terminal, this error is displayed:

$ kinfocenter

The environment variable QT_PLUGIN_PATH might be not correctly set
Error loading KCM plugin "kcm_energyinfo" "The shared library was not found."

Steps to reproduce

1. Open terminal
2. Type kinfocenter and press enter
3. Select the tree item "Energy Information" on the left side
4. Observe that the error message "The shared library cannot be found..." being displayed on the main display area
5. Go back to the terminal, and observe the error message pasted above, under "Issue description"
