A tool that identifies AMR genes, resistance-associated point mutations, and select other classes of genes using protein annotations and/or assembled nucleotide sequences.
I have a very basic version of this done, just a flake/package that does the bare minimum to let it pass the tests. It will likely be a couple of months before I can contribute it here or upstream, but I can say that this work is pretty easy if someone else would like to do it before then.

I can check if I can do so immediately, but it is related to an active research project at UGA, so I will have to get approval. If I can, I will post it. Fortunately, the paper will be published soon, and I retain full ownership of the code, so I will make a gist at that point.
