No simple way to link to NixOS manual sections/subsections

NixOS manual, as seen at http://nixos.org/nixos/manual/, only has chapter links, and no section/subsection links.

These links are useful when:

1. providing help to others
2. organizing personal learning references
3. general cross-referencing

Clarification: I'm fully aware of subsection ids, like # idm140360672752288 -- but they are goddamn inaccessible -- the only way to get a subsection link, currently, is to open the HTML source, locate the point of interest, look up the said ID, then suffix it to the document URL. Moreover, these subsection identifiers likely change between documentation builds..

Which is a horrible user experience, I'm sure you'll agree.
