nixos installer relies on /dev/disk/by-partlabel but does not generate unique id

Issue description

Issue accured when 2 partitions with the same partlabel were available during the installation of nixos.
Because nixos tries to mount its filesystem via /dev/disk/by-partlabel , the system crashed, beause the path to the kernel does not exist.

Steps to reproduce

• Create another partition with the nixos installation part label on the harddisk
• Try to boot nixos from usb stick

Resolution

• Create a hash/uuid for the partlabel when generating the nixos installer image. That way, the issue would not occur.
