MySQL 5.7.20 fails to install under macOS Sierra 10.12.6

I'm trying to install MySQL 5.7.20 under macOS Sierra 10.12.6 but it fails "saying":

I'm not sure if this is supposed to work already, but I'm still getting the same error message(s)...

Maybe your channels are out of date? Running this should work for you:

nix-env --install --prebuilt-only mysql-5.7.20 -f channel:nixpkgs-unstable

That worked. I usually do:

$ nix-channel --update nixpkgs
$ nix-channel --update nixpkgs-unstable

I thought that was enough to be up-to-date.
