qtdeclarative: qmlplugindump does not work in derivation

Issue description

When qmlplugindump (from qtdeclarative-dev) is run in a derivation, it fails with the message:

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "minimal"
in "".

Other tools also behaves in a similar way: qml, qmleasing, qmlscene, qmltestrunner.
